Future correction schema

When we log a correction, each entry will carry the following fields:

date — date — ISO date the correction was applied (YYYY-MM-DD).
summary — summary — one-sentence description of what was wrong and what is now right.
what_changed — what_changed — pointers to the specific files, charts, or rows that moved.
source_url — source_url — link to the upstream document that triggered the correction, where applicable.
fixed_by — fixed_by — commit SHA or PR link in the public repo.
