Anti-goals

Reproduced verbatim from SCOPE.md §8.4. These are non-negotiable.

• No automated replies to anyone, ever.
• No alignment with any political party or alliance — TN's polarization is severe.
• No paid ads or sponsorships in v1; credibility before reach.
• No republishing of third-party analysis (PRS, IndiaSpend) — link out and credit.

Founding principle

Every number is traceable. No figure appears on this site without a visible source citation linking back to the original PDF / Excel and the page or sheet it came from. If a number can't be traced, it doesn't ship.

Kill criterion

If after the W0 feasibility gate the validated sources cannot produce data that helps a TN resident understand the state's financial state, the project is shut down before any public launch.
